At Revealty our commission plan is simple.

Here is why we do it the way we do;

• We don't believe in earning money from our agents by charging them all kinds of expenses. We only make money when you make money
• We give leads to all of our agents, sometimes a lot of them. But we don't charge referral fees for any leads given out.
• We want to encourage agents to generate their own transactions and then reward them for it.
• We strive to be as fair as possible

We don't charge any desk fees, expenses, transaction fees, tech fees of any kind. NO FEES for working here. This means you will have a higher net income working with Revealty as compared to other brokerages who charge all kinds of fees. It also means you won't have a high cash outflow as you begin your career.

You are resonsible for your own expenses such as;

• License
• Continuing education
• Your own marketing
• Signage
• etc.

Our splits are as follows:

For any company generated lead the agent is paid 50%.

For any agent generated lead the agent is paid 70%

After cummulative closings from all sources of $4M this split increases to 72%

After $8M;  then 74%

After $12m;  then 76%

After $16M; then 78%

After $20M; then 80%
